Fractional Operations, Events & Program Coordination for Founders and Mission-Driven Teams
I help founders and mission-driven teams run the operations behind their work: event and program coordination, vendor and logistics, SOPs, CRM and backend systems, and the follow-through that keeps things from slipping.
My background runs from federal program operations at NIH and Accenture to hands-on support for wellness, education, and publishing founders. I bring calm structure to work with a lot of moving parts.
Founder-led and mission-driven teams often have more ideas than infrastructure: half-built systems, scattered documentation, inconsistent follow-up, events that need coordinating, and workflows waiting for someone to own the next step.
I come in as the person who can hold the operations and the moving pieces. I organize the backend, coordinate events and execution, tighten the follow-through, and keep the work moving without needing every detail spoon-fed.
You bring the vision. I help turn it into systems, coordination, and momentum.
I learned execution in environments where details mattered: federal program operations, national events, online education, founder-led wellness brands, and small businesses with real clients waiting.
That background helps me walk into complex, fast-moving work and make the next steps clearer: what needs to be coordinated, what needs to be organized, what needs to be followed up on, and what needs to move first.
At NIH's Small Business Program Office I coordinated conferences and matchmaking events with exhibit booths, running registration in Cvent, vendor and materials logistics, speaker coordination, and day-of execution.
That experience translates directly to workshops, memberships, learning communities, retreats, webinars, and founder-led programs that need both a human touch and reliable backend execution.
A local lifestyle publisher managing ad sales across three publications needed a simpler way to track leads, follow-ups, calls, business cards, phone notes, and handoffs with part-time support.
I designed a Notion CRM and weekly dashboard that turned scattered prospecting activity into one practical workflow the owner could realistically maintain.
For a women's wellness brand serving midlife women, I own the backend that keeps the brand running: email workflows, CRM, content repurposing across channels, editorial guidelines, and community launch planning.
One targeted email campaign I planned and managed converted 10 new clients during a key selling window. As the founder, Sharie Hiller, MSN, CNM, put it, having me on her team "made a meaningful difference in my bottom line."
"Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks have been instrumental in keeping everything on track."The Creator’s School of Midwifery
"She was instrumental in administrative operations, demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, and I would recommend her without hesitation."Midwifery Training Client
The common thread: founders and teams trust me to bring order, communication, and follow-through to work that matters.
I am best suited for founders and mission-driven teams that need operations, event and program coordination, systems, and follow-through handled with care. I also support content, email, and community work for the founders I partner with.
I am open to aligned consulting clients, part-time contractor roles, and long-term founder support partnerships where the work is meaningful and the scope is clear.
Currently open to 1 to 2 aligned clients or part-time roles.
No pitch. No pressure. Just a clear look at fit, scope, and next steps.
